Dear guests, Thank you for taking some time to write a review after your stay at the Regina Opera. We are sad you found our staff rude and would like to apologize about it. We wanted to change rooms but you were out right after noticing the leak but you were already out. Our receptionist has only been able to let you know on the next day so you could spend your last night in a more confortable room. The satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in Paris and leave you a better impression. Regards,
