Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Touring et nous n’avons que de bons mots. Vous n’y retrouverez pas le luxe des grands hôtels, mais c’est largement compensé par la courtoisie et la gentillesse du personnel. On prend réellement soin de nous en tant que touristes : l’approche est personnelle et s’y sent particulièrement bien. Et que dire du déjeuner ! Grande variété de produits, bon, beau et pas cher comparé aux menus des restaurants. Si vous désirez vivre l’expérience Paris loin des grands hôtels au service impersonnel, l’hôtel Touring est une option intéressante.

Superb budget hotel right in the heart of Paris. We walked to Opera, to Montmartre. Surrounded by lovely classic bars and restaurants, beautiful passageways of quirky shops. Metro station 2 mins away. The room was clean, with a spacious bathroom (full bath) all the staff really friendly, breakfast very good and varied. Highly recommended.

This is a great value hotel in the 9th close to 2 metro stops and the Gare du Nord( 20 min walk). The rooms are very clean and the front desk is staffed 24 hrs. We found front desk staff to be most helpful. Plus guests have access to a small ground floor kitchen with fridge and microwave - very handy. There is a grocery store 100 yds from the hotel. This is a lovely non touristy part of Paris. I will be back.

The breakfast menu was very good, but no breakfast was available on the Saturday. The air conditioning was not working, but as it was October, the room was a comfortable temperature. Had I not given instructions to the contrary, the staff would have changed my towels every day, which would have been totally unnecessary and bad for the environment. I would have appreciated having notices to hang on the door to indicate whether I wished my room to be cleaned or preferred not to be disturbed.

It's a humble hotel, an old building that could do with some updating. Stayed in a single room and it was quiet and warm. Could be better cleaned, and bedding needs updating. Very simple, no bathtub in the bathroom or mini fridge. Don't expect any luxury, just a very basic accommodation. Friendly staff and good location though

Il n’était pas possible d’obtenir un simple café ! Il n’y avait pas de cafetière dans la chambre et il n’y avait également rien dans le lodge, contrairement à n’importe quel petit Ibis qui y a ce qu’il faut pour se faire un café, un thé ou une tisane. Sans parler de l’arrogance de l’employé qui n’était pas ouvert à l’idée que je me serve un café dans leur buffet déjeuner dont je ne voulais pas puisqu’il ne contenait majoritairement que des aliments sucrés et que je ne consomme pas de sucre. Décoration défraîchie qui manque de couleur et de chaleur. Le Starbucks à deux coins de rue me sauva la mise…..

Clean, safe, and convenient place to stay! Very close to Metro and bus stations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than other rooms of same type in Paris, which was a nice surprise. It was a bit tricky to figure out the heating in the room and there is not much soundproofing, but these were not big issues. Would recommend staying here!

Staff make you leave your one room key with them when they leave. There is no “Do not disturb” sign provided and staff kept knocking at 9am despite requesting they do not do so. The room smelled musty. There were renovations taking place and loud construction began every day early in the morning. The staircase was always occupied with what looked like laundry bags. This was a bit rough.

The room was not cleaned! Stains on the bedding, hair and pubic hair ALL over the floor and bathroom. The extra roll of toilet paper had poop splatter on it. Everything was dusty, stains on the walls and baseboards, even the towels had stains on them. We asked the guy at the front desk if we could be moved to another room and he seemed disgruntled that I was asking. He said he'd have someone clean the room while we were out for the day and when we got back that night, nothing had been done. I ended up having to use one of the towels to clean up the floor and areas where all the hair was. I took several pictures and the white towel after wiping down the floor was black and completely covered in hair. It was disgusting and one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. They had a breakfast area downstairs, which was only open 2 of the 4 days we were there. On our last day checking out, we went down there to see what was being served, pretty much all bread items with some juice. The guy running the breakfast area knew I just checked out and he handed me a plastic baggy and said I could take some items to go. There wasn't a price listed anywhere and he made it seem clear that breakfast was included with the stay. I paid nearly $200 a night for a room that wasn't worth $40. After going back upstairs to leave, the front desk guy tried to stop me and said I owed them $15. I had 1 mini size muffin in my baggy. So I gave it back to them and walked out. Complete joke, dont stay here.
