The room was nice and clean. The service could be improved - bar was closed at times it should have been open, no towels or amenities in the spa, room service never came. It seems like they operate on a very small staff and things don't operate as well as they could, not the staff's fault. For the cost, the service and amenities should be better.

The spa was amazing at LAZ. I was searching for the pwrfect place to take my wife fir her birthday. The location is great close to all the monuments and musems in Paris. The pool and sauna and stram room were all 5 star. The balcony was perfect for late night wine into the morning. The bartenders we amazing and we had an custom cocktail made with egg whites, great way to start the night. Thank you again for an amzing week and looking forward to booking again in the future.

Although there was an issue with my room, it was resolved.The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The area was easily accessible to public transportation. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

We enjoyed a 9 night stay at this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was outstanding. Very convenient location for metro and rail access. Our room was very comfortable with ample space, closet. It would be even better if they served food in the evening. The spa was ok, but not great.
