Location is great, right across from a main train station. Lots of shopping around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is rated as 4*, definitely not that. It is a 3*. The room and bathroom are very small.

Directly opposite the train station so very convenient for the train to Caen. Staff was incredibly helpful and breakfast was amazing. Towels could be a bit nicer. A lovely hotel in a central location

This is a smaller and older hotel but the location and service cannot be beat. It is just across the street from the Gare St Lazare train and metro station which made it very convenient. The staff was willing to store our luggage for free until the evening of the day that we checked out. Both of these things made it very easy to stay there.

The location was excellent as it was right across the street from the train station and the subway station. Because of the location, you could hear the trains so that was a bit of a downfall. But being so close to the station outweighed the train noise. I’m just super sensitive to sound.

The hotel is aged. The room smelt heavily of carpet cleaning product, and despite keeping the windows open for the vast majority of the time, the smell was there. The size of the room was small, and that was okay had there been adequate storage to hang clothes. The hotel is well located, albeit the entrance always had miscreants or homeless people by the door. Not something the hotel can actively control on its own; but it’s a poor entrance. The receptionists are good. A solid 10/10. A chap called Jacob,I believe, couldn’t have done more for us. He was really efficient and smiley. As were the rest of the crew. They made up for the lacklustre of the hotel. The hotel is well situated. Needs renovation urgently.
