A very disappointing experience all round. Quite dirty and dated hotel. I had emailed them ahead of time to arrange for an early check in and late check out but there was no mention of this upon arrival there was no mention of this.

A great surprise at reasonable cost in Paris city

Pros: The room was well-situated, I like the decor in aqua blue, very soothing. The staff are very kind, polite and professional.
Cons: More flexibility for people seeking to check-in early, especially for those arriving in the mornings .
Location: Location is great! Right opposite La gare St Lazare, one of Paris main stations. The shops are less than 5 minutes from the hotel, restaurants,bakery
I arrived early via High Speed Train. The hotel Staff were very kind, accommodating. They put my luggage in a safe room, I was then able to go shopping in the City centre. The shops were wonderlful, make-up, perfume, books for all tastes, very close to the hotel. I walked right opposite the hotel street and there , I saw all the major Parisian Stores: Sephora, Printemps, les Galeries Lafayette and many more. I came back to the hotel to check in at 3 pm and had the most relaxing, comfortable and peaceful 2 nights in Paris. Breakfast was delicious too!

Bequeme Betten, gute Grösse für einen Stadttrip. Gut gelegen direkt neben der Metro/Bus und Bahn. Restaurants in Fuss nähe. Leider hat der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert und teilweise hingen Steckdosen / AC Panel von der Wand. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht. 24h Rezeption.

Erinomaisella paikalla pieni ja rauhallinen hotelli. Huoneessa kaikki, mitä tarvitaan. Metron ääni kuuluu huoneeseen, mutta ei häiritsevästi. Aamiainen monipuolinen.

Aivan loistava pikkuhotelli hyvien yhteyksien keskiössä, henkilökunta oli super mahtavaa; avuliasta ja tietävää, kaikki ostospaikat ihan lähettyvillä ja helppo löytää ruokapaikat, nähtävyydet jne. jne. Kiinteistö kyllä kaipaisi sisältä pientä pintaremonttia.

Sijainti ja sopivan pieni hyvällä aamupalalla. Hieman ahdas huone ja näkymä sisäpihalle, ei parveketta.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Our room was quite large and practical. The bathroom was large and newly renovated. The staff was friendly and polite and we were welcomed. The only small inconvenience was the sound of the subway, which was muffled in our 3rd floor room. We liked the location of the hotel.

Effectively, we are in the heart of Paris and we have the chance to have several metro lines and trains within a few meters. Unfortunately, this can cause some inconveniences, especially the noise of the metro lines which can be felt sometimes.
