Staff was exceptional, very helpful and kind. Clean room, the beds weren't quite as comfortable as I had hoped, and it was a little warm and couldn't open the window since it was on the street. Still slept well enough. I know the rooms are small and layouts differ, but it was slightly odd the sink wasn't in the same room as the toilet.

Spent 2 nights. Room was ok, bed was perfect, no noise so a good night sleep....but the pillow was the worst I have slept on, unfortunately I woke up with a sore neck. My request the night before for a different pillow was dismissed by the staff on duty, he said all pillows are like that! Not good! If I am the first to mention bad pillow, please take action, if other guests have raised this before, then take urgent action! It is a little investment that would make Libertel a place for guests to come again and again. Thanks. Stephen, Australia

Just to sleep in, the hotel has a very strong smell to food. The lady in charge of the breakfast had a bad attitude. I choose it because it was close to train station and I arrived late at night.

Room was basic and on the small side but clean. I was on the rear side so relatively quiet except I was also by t hr e lift so in the morning it wasn’t so quiet! Staff were very friendly and helpful and due to its near location to Gare du Nord it is a go to hotel for me.
