Breakfast room and food were very good except for the queues for the coffee machines. Rest of the hotel is a bit shabby. Room was cramped for two people. The toilet was tiny, there was a danger of banging one's head on the door it was so small. The shower floor was very slippery this could be dangerous.

Very impressed! Our check-in was smooth and incredibly welcoming - giving us a great introduction to the area as well as guiding us to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, even for a jet-lagged family with three in the room, and the facilities were great too.

The hotel is located in Montmartre, right around the corner from Moulin Rouge. There was a train station less than a 5 minute walk and a plethora choices of buses. Let’s start from check in, we were excited to arrive after a long day of travel. Staff was super nice and our room was upgraded upon our arrival. The room is spacious enough to include a king bed and a sofa. The bathroom was large. It is a tub and a bit of a climb into the tub. You should note the toilet is located separately, which is convenient when sharing a room. The bed was super comfortable. We also included breakfast and had the chance to go downstairs during our stay. There is a mix of hot and cold options, coffee machines, yogurt machines, juice, crepes and breads. We enjoyed the selection for breakfast. A nice added bonus was the water fountain available to refill your water bottles. You could choose between sparkling and still water and it was nice and cold. Much needed as Paris was quite hot while we were there. We had a great stay and I look forward to returning.

A few challenges but nothing too bad. 1. Front door of the hotel was broken. 2. Tried to check-in at 4pm and was told the room was not ready and they are not sure when it would be. 3. Toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall in the room. 4. Hair and a dirty towel were left in the shower. 5. Air conditioning barely worked.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. I booked a king bed at this hotel and when I arrived, they told me they gave my room away and placed me in a hotel right beside it. The other hotel had a lower daily rate. It was much smaller. It was extremely dirty and the bed size was significantly smaller. When I complained to the front desk they told me they weren’t able to help me and to email the hotel, which I did and they just never responded. I followed up with them about two times now. I wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to my arch nemesis. Disgusting.

not all the rooms have decent Wi-Fi – we were in 341 and could not log on - had to move to the lobby area to connect. The water station where you can top up your water bottles for free is great. Metro nearby as our cafés etc so good location. Halal kebab shops close by.

We stayed here 9 nights during May, 2025. We were very pleased with the location, housekeeping and condition of the hotel. One issue is a lack of a common area to enjoy drinking wine, eating bread or fruit. The restaurant patio needs to be downsized to allow for a hot tub(s), gardens and sitting areas. We constantly found ourselves eating our Paris snacks in our room, rather than outside on a patio. The front desk is very attentive locating taxis, laundriess and food options that are within walking distance.
