I am really surprised reading what you have written about the cleanliness and the curtains. This is not the service that we use to provide. Regarding the taxi we are really sorry if it was late but we woud like to let you know that we depend on traffic conditions. We could be responsible of late arrivals of the taxi drivers... Be ensured that we even well make a note of your comments and that we are all committed in providing a quality service. We would be happy to discuss it further with you.
