The lobby is very nice with an epic coffee machine. The rooms are very basic and a very small bed and I'm a short person... We upgraded the room to make it extra special but the room itself has absolutely nothing special about. Not worth the upgrade and also there is a factory packing noise right outside the window so either you stay in recycled air or with an open window with can crushing noises. The staff are very very pleasant. The breakfast... Don't bother paying the 10 per head as it's soo absurd... Upon arrival: No sausages No bacon Scrambled eggs dark yellow and dry indicating been there a very long time. Very dissapointing overall for the price especially. Cool coffee machine in there though

This was the worst hotel of my entore 30yrs of travel. No air conditioning in the whole building only hotel i have been in my life with no air conditioning The room window was broken the fans didnt work the light didnt work the bed was torn and stained. I complained and asked for room.change the manager refused to change room i paid for double and got a awfulsingle then changed to evdn worse room for a 4 star hotel this is disgusting and disgraceful Ireland is very exspensive and fleet hotel really is awful loud noisy pubs next door poor decor bathroom so small couldnt get in it.. shower and sink were tarnished and heavily stained bedsheets were like tea stained or something worse This fleet hotel is to be avoided unless you are drunk or blind then ìt was suit you

The location of this property is awesome for exploring the bars and restaurants along temple bar. However once you step through the doors it’s like a quiet sanctuary of calm and amazing service. The rooms are very comfortable and we slept really well.

Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast Only downside was the stairs we had to walk - so if you’re mobility impaired like us suggest you call ahead to request no stairs.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The view from the room window was not so charming, since I could see basically just a dirty alley between buildings.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Schöne Lobby mit Bar. Einziges Manko war die Zimmerreinigung. Trotz Schild „Bitte Reinigen“ ist dies innerhalb 6 Stunden den Tag über nicht passiert. Am Folgetag haben wir es ohne Schild probiert. Gleiches Ergebnis. Nach Reklamation bei der Lobby wurde uns gesagt, dass das Zimmer nun gereinigt wird. Es wurden nur die Duschtücher ersetzt. Nicht einmal die Duschmittel aufgefüllt. Beim Auschecken gab es ein Sorry und es war natürlich ein Missverständnis. Dass bei unseren Freunden, welche ihr Zimmer in einer ganz anderen Ecke des Hotels hatten, das Zimmer auch nicht gereinigt wurde, scheint wohl auch ein Missverständnis gewesen sein. Oder vielleicht auch System um Lohnkosten zu sparen…

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage. Frühstücksbüffet ist super. Leider mussten wir jeden Tag die Zimmerkarten neu programmieren lassen.
