Timhotel was a wonderful experience. Having never been to Paris, this property was in a great location. It was walkable to LOADS of restaurants, sights, buses, trains, metro. Staff were amazing and very helpful. We were upgraded to a corner room with a balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower! I would highly recommend.

The hotel is gated and off the road so made us feel safe and secure, the room was lovely, very spacious and clean! My only feedback would be the staff really aren’t the friendliest, felt like we were bothering them when we were checking in/out.

The staff were very nice and informative! So friendly! You’d think that being in a different building might be unsafe or inconvenient because the front desk is not there but none of that applied! Felt very safe and they had the QR code to reach the front desk. The only thing is that I couldn’t call room to room (our phones were not compatible) so it’d be nice if there was a phone line within the rooms. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay, I would def go again and recommend this place! One of the staff even let us eat at their dining area! And another staff helped us for a day trip!
