It was nice to get an upgrade as the reception too consideration that it was one of the travelling guest's birthday; however the downside was the air conditioning in room was not working; when requested additional bottle of water the next day, we were advised by the reception, only 1 bottle per guest during check-in. This is not acceptable from a 4 star hotel.

Very pleasant hotel. Convenient to Moulin Rouge and Monmartre. The hotel was clean, the rooms were large (by Paris standards) and the staff were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

City break
Hotel conveniently located. Easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Metro nearby. HotEl room was clean comfortable and the shower was amazing. Two shower heads plenty of hot water. The room had air conditioning and free WiFi.

Weekend in Paris
Hotel was good, great location and quiet nights considering location. Room was clean and spacious.
Lift is tiny but apart from that great!

Couple 2 night stay
It's a lovely hotel. Very clean and modern looking. Cleaners come in every morning to clean the room. As we was checking out one member of staff at reception told us we had an outstanding balance of €170 I assured him I didn't, he then went to check and came back saying he got it wrong and I only owed €9 for city tax but the Only one bad thing to mention was the walls are extremely thin and we could hear the couple next door to us very clearly keeping us awake both nights. The Hotel is in a very tourist place with moulin rouge up the road lots of bars and lady shows. Not many French restaurants locally most are Italian / American foods which was a little disappointing. Overall the hotel is definitely a 4*

Lovely hotel in a great location
This hotel is set back from the main road with its own private courtyard, this was ideal to make you feel safe and secure whilst staying there. It's also in a great part of town.
