Great staff and pool. Rooms are spacious, clean and a fantastic value. Slightly removed from the insanity of Pattaya but restaurants, salons and shops in immediate area. Beach is 10 minute walk.

Friendly staff, centrally located as well. Grocery stores and shopping all within close proximity. Spacious room if you choose the 1 bed room deluxe or 2 bedroom. Solid price considering the kitchen and laundry included in room.

Manager was nice and always goes above and beyond to accommodate when I stay here. Ask go extra easy clothes and towels ahead of time because they’re unavailable once house keeping leaves. Also inquire for kitchen appliances so that you’re not charged go using a room towel. Centrally located near a lot of night life, the deluxe one bedrooms aren’t preferred. Comes with washer & dryer along with the accommodations.
