Simply a great Hotel in Central Pattaya

As my first time in Pattaya I chose this hotel because it was close to the main attractions etc. The staff were friendly and professional and gave excellent advice about the area. My room was nice and the balcony was big with views of the city. The breakfast was interesting and the rooftop swimming pool wasn’t too deep, that’s good for a lot of people. Oh there’s a gym and a kids play area, both quite good. If you’re at Pattaya for the first time, I’d highly recommend you to stay at Journeyman Central Pattaya.

This property is away from main street so it’s quiet. Not far walk only 5 min if you walk to right and then into shopping center on your left. Tons of food options. Breakfast buffet we did not participate due to limited options of food items. Not worth money. Pool area was nice but inside pool is very slippery. We had the family room. 1 king bed and 1 twin bed. Very spacious. Nice bathroom. Pattaya is a very busy and loud town. This hotel is away from it.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the light that comes through the curtains at night. They need to put up blackout curtains everything else about this hotel is great from check in to check out the the pool is adequate but small and not to deep the food is good. And the price is wright

It did exactly what it said and was in a superb location. One criticism is the "king size bed" is actually 2 single beds pushed together. The duvet was then placed in landscape mode to cover both beds but was too short in portrait. The beds had a crack down the middle that wasn't really the crack I was looking for in Pattaya!

The pictures are very deceiving. They have been extremely photoshopped. We We’re extremely disappointed with the condition of our rooms. I’ve seen Motels that are in better shape than this place. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I hope I’m saving someone else the disappointment we had. Just an HONEST review. The staff was friendly. But that was the highlight of this place.

Very good location next to Eat Street Major Food Plaza, within 1 minute walking. Good location of hotel, it just hidden lol. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly, the only downside was the toilet is too close to the shower

I loved this hotel I had the pleasure of staying for two weeks until the middle of March. The staff was extremely professional and made me feel at home. Rose had a positive attitude very vibrant and friendly which makes a huge difference. Furthermore she was extremely informative. I also liked the environment with security making the hotel feel a lot safer. This hotel is walking distance from a lot of places and a great location in Pattaya. I will definitely stay at this place again soon. The premium bedding is great a nice soft bed in addition to a clean room.

NOT THE HOTEL IT ONCE WAS LOOK ELSEWHERE

Stayed here many times before when it was The Pattaya Bay so decided to book again what a mistake.Room was extremely dirty windows nailed shut bed so uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly but that’s about the only redeeming feature. Payed £50 per night definitely not worth anything like that (used to be £24) and it was a better hotel.Look elsewhere

The reviews and videos of the property were encouraging and the price was attractive. The pictures on the booking site looked stretched but that's not unusual and I did not feel I would need more space. Unfortunately, the design of the bathroom is not ideal, with the toilet crammed against the shower glass siding. I could barely fit and I'm not that tall. The shower itself is very spacious but I'd rather they gave more space to the toilet or the sink area. I have been told some of the rooms have a more spacious bathroom. Another issue was that the weak water pressure and inconsistent temperature. I did like the air conditioning which has a remore and the ability to direct the airflow upwards toward the ceiling. The balcony is spacious and has a kitchen sink. Two chairs are provided but no table. There are blackout curtains but no privacy shades. The pool was underwhelming. It has underwater sitting benches with water jets but the pressure is way too low to have any effect. The property is located at the end of a cul de sac and you have to walk around a pretty large parking lot to get to the only entrance. I thought there would be a shortcut but I was told there isn't one.
