Completed in 2018, the 23,000 m2 Son Pusseta estate is 3km from the town of Petra. It is located on a hill, a privileged enclave, surrounded by a splendid nature, with beautiful views of the town, the mountains and the wide surroundings.

The natural stone house on one floor is perfect for all those who wish to get away from the noise and enjoy the tranquility of nature. This rustic, bright and charming house combining traditional Mallorcan style with modern style, offers space for 4 people.

It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One room has a large bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom, with capacity for two people has a bunk bed.

The equipment of this typical Mallorcan country house also includes WI-FI, satellite television (SMART TV), cot, high chair (on request), parking space, as well as a foundry fireplace that provides a pleasant atmosphere in the house in the winter days. The property provides the necessary firewood for use, free of charge, to enjoy a relaxing holiday at any season of the year.

Outside the house there is a large covered porch, where you can start the day or end the nights quietly, admiring the surrounding villages and a large terrace area with barbecue and garden furniture.

The 25m2 pool with a depth of 1’45m begins with a Roman staircase where you can sit and relax. At night it is illuminated. Important for families with young children: the entire pool area is fully fenced and equipped with a door, with double security.

In the beautiful estate, the fantastic explosion of colors of the almond trees in bloom in the estate and surroundings can be observed in the beautiful months of January and February.

In 4 minutes we reach the beautiful town of Petra. It has all the necessary services such as supermarkets, medical attention, banks and a train station that takes 45 minutes to Palma. In Petra you can visit several monuments such as the Church of the s. XVII, the Convent of San Bernardino, the Museum, the beautiful Sanctuary of Bonany where you can admire the wonderful views of practically half of the island of Mallorca; You can get there by doing a 4km excursion on foot or by car. We can also stroll through the beautiful squares and taste a typical meal of Mallorca in the different restaurants.

In 20 minutes by car we reach the coast with the beaches of fine sand and crystal clear water such as Playa de Muro or Son Serra de Marina, which is one of the last virgin beaches and without hotels.
