At check in they did not have record of my reservation that was made 30 days prior and did not have any available rooms. No other hotels that were close had rooms either. Total waste of time and money!!

We spent the night locked out of our room due to a key card issue. While the front desk and security “tried” to fix the issue by giving us another room,(that came with a leaky toilet, drain flies and a refrigerator filled with someone’s leftovers) our things remained locked in our room. They simply expected us to wait until the next day on their time while we missed connecting with friends for drinks and then again for brunch. I also note that my diabetic husband remained without his medication. I am even more upset by the manager trying to make us feel bad that she had to call someone in the next morning. I guess she missed it was her failure of her facility that caused this. Not to mention that we were told she’d be in by 8 AM and that wasn’t the case. We were promised a refund for the night but it simply doesn’t come close to covering the other costs we had that evening that was supposed to be a special night out. I’m still amazed that as customers, we were treated like we were a bother after putting up with a nine hour lock out.

I arrived for a one night prepaid stay, to be told that they did not have my reservation. The person behind the desk checked his "other computer" as well, and made a phone call, but no record of my reservation. He then moved on to another guest without any closing words or recommendation. I found the email receipt from Hotels.com and showed him. At that point he stated that this "always happens" with "third party" and made another call about my receipt. I heard him say on the other call "what is the rate" and wrote a rate that was 75% of what I paid. Then I was assigned a room. This was an unpleasant experience, and one that is far outside of my experience to date with travel. The desk staff in the morning was very nice! Perhaps there is a cross training opportunity. It will be hard to recommend this hotel. The room was bright and cheery, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom . . . I did choose to wear shower shoes in the shower on this visit too.

Check in staff are great. Room - I had a suite - had a decent bed, good safe shower, working appliances. Sofa not my type. Nice fitness center. Valet parking is good; not cheap. Breakfast - not overpriced - had fruit and non-dairy milk; wrong type of Cheerios. Bagels were good. Hot food disappointing. I don't eat scrambled eggs and the pork sausage wasn't great. Like the staff including cleaning. Hotel is nicely situated and not expensive for the area.
