The location was excellent 10 out of 10 recommend. The cable was out due to Comcast not the hotels fault. Buffet Breakfast was not available until almost 0930 on 2/21 due to cooks unavailable. Access to room had to be reinstalled although we were not scheduled to leave until 2/22.

The room was not properly cleaned and has some type of liquid splattered across both headboards in the room. There was crime in the shower, dust everywhere as if no one had cleaned the room. Staff was notified and nothing was done. The bed sheets were not clean and when staff was notified they said that I could change the sheets myself because house keeping wasn’t available at that time to change them. As a guest I do not expect to have to change my own bedding. So me and my guest had to sleep on dirty sheets until housekeeping finally came to change them. Just overall not the best experience especially being as tho this was a birthday trip.

its accessible to almost all that i want to see in Philadelphia...the room was clean and nice...everything was very good except that during our entire stay the TV was not working but they compensated by giving us a free breakfast and a free 1 day stay.

when we purchased in Expedia this room we bought the breakfast for 2 people. After waiting for the food longer than 1 hour, the waiters said that they are not going to charge to our room due to the problems they've have in their kitchen. While approaching the reception to check out the person in charge said that they cannot revert the payment because we paid to Expedia, he gave me a 2 voucher valid for 2 breakfast, that we will never used..... what can we do to retrive the payment????

The hotel staff and room were great. This was our second time staying here. However, we selected this hotel for the specific reason that they offer valet. According to the hotel staff the valet is a separate company. The valet staff told us and the gentleman that arrived after us that valet services were no longer being offered despite the valet sign being out. We ended up missing our Valentine's dinner reservation because of the valet issue and needing to find overnight garage parking. We won't be staying here again because of the valet issue.

The hotel is modern and in an A-Plus Center City Philly location. The rooftop Restaurant and Bar has excellent brunch offerings. The chef, Nick, actually came to our table and asked if we enjoyed the food !!!! Lacks some 5 star amenities, but the staff and the hospitality make up the difference. Premier place to stay.

Very nice helpful staff. Decent room in a modern style. Very close to the performance centers. What Expedia doesn’t tell you is that they will charge you $150 as a room deposit for incidentals which they will refund later. Personally, I find that amount to be outrageous..
