woman at the afternoon check in had a heavy accent and i had a little trouble understanding her. she also spoke somewhat softly. the room was clean. 3 problems with the room the sink was clogged the mini fridge had a loud hum so i unplugged it the heating unit didn't work

The desk staff and housekeeping were extremely friendly and very helpful. However..the smell of Marijuana in the hallway was overwhelming. Also..there was NO WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER!

The location is amazing it was very quiet and I felt safe, although the rooms need major update especially for all the money that we pay. The bathroom tub was dirty. It flooded and it had a weird smell. The toilet wouldn’t stop running in the bathroom was extremely cold even with the heat on the bathroom alone was freezing. The lamp in the rooms didn’t work they kept flickering on and off and over all the room just had a musty busty smell. The TV is outdated anytime I tried to watch Netflix. It would keep taking it would keep going off within the two minutes
