The carpet in the room was nasty and stained, bathroom had mildew, there was giant hairball the size of a grapefruit on the floor outside my room, the carpets and floors in the hallway and elevator looked like they have never been cleaned, the card machine was broken so we had no room keys. The whole place was just very dirty. The only thing that was nice was the staff. They were all wonderful and the only reason I’m giving more that one star in any category.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was excellent as well. She made some good suggestions about our stay. All around very pleased with our stay.

Room- King Handicap accessible- not available, under maintenance. Mattress very hard & uncomfortable. Over priced. Towels- very thin & rough Staff- very friendly & accommodating Breakfast - Coffee not good & cold so we decided not to have breakfast there & went to Hanks Hot tub, main reason we booked - confirmed 1 wk b4 that it was available & hours, all good to good. Day of ck in Hot tub was under maintenance since August. Will book elsewhere next tome. Will not recommend

Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The fitness center was closed for updating but the indoor pool was available. Breakfast room was newly remodeled and was very nice. Breakfast had a large selection and was kept full

We were disappointed to arrive and find out the hot tub was not working. The carpeting is heavily stained in the hallways. The room furniture is quite worn. The buffet breakfast had lots of options and was well kept by very helpful and friendly staff.

This proprty is 4-star all the way. It is clean and beautifully landscaped. The staff is courteous and friendly. The room was lovely, temperate, and stocked with toiletries/towels. There is a Texas Roadhouse and Chick Fil-A restaurant across the parking lot so good eats are nearby. The breakfast was perfect; waffles, sausage, eggs, home fries, oatmeal, fruit, toast, cereal, etc., - all well supplied and hot. No complaints at all ... only praise.

This was our second stay at this Hampton Inn & Suites for Parents Weekend. We specifically chose this hotel again because last year, although the pool was closed for renovations, we hoped things would be finished by now. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case—two years later, the pool is still not open. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool since I have a 7-year-old who can’t really participate in the Parents Weekend activities, so this was a big letdown again. On top of that, we went out to a nice dinner and brought back leftovers, only to find there was no refrigerator in our room—even though the room description stated there would be one. When I asked the front desk, they explained that not all rooms have refrigerators right now because of ongoing renovations. Then at checkout, I requested a printed receipt, and they told me they had removed the printers due to renovations as well. The staff was polite, but overall, this hotel is clearly still in transition. Just a heads-up to future guests—call ahead to confirm what amenities are actually available before booking. After two years of “under renovation,” I’d recommend checking on the status first.

We arrived early with friends and Kristie (at front desk) was so helpful in gettin us at least one room so that we could put our luggage into it ……. When we arrived at 10 pm we didn’t have to unload at that time… made our lives easier…. It’s nice to know in these times that a staff member will go above and beyond …. Made your hotel a wonderful experience and will stay again when in area

Room was superficial clean, but old and worn out mattress and couch! Gym was closed due to remodel. Pool was great! hot tub out of order. Location was great! Staff was excellent and helpful.
