Stayed one night with family . Good size rooms and our floor was quiet. Only gripe is even though the pool was "heated"it was still pretty cold and the amount of chlorine was way to much, everyone swimming was coughing with burning eyes. Despite the pool issues i would atay again.

When I checked in, the customer service wasn’t great. It wasn’t bad either, but the associate looks like she wasn’t in a good mood. Things like that happens, so that didn’t really bother me. I wish she was more helpful by letting me know the entrances and a good place to park. I had to figure that out myself. Pool was great but the hot tub had bubbles that was discolored. It might not be the hotels fault but the people in it. Breakfast was ok but convenience. My hotel room was nice and clean. Overall, I did like it there and it was comfortable.

Clean and comfortable

The hotel is located conveniently next to Costco and cross the street from Walmart. The room is very spacious. Breakfast food is delicious. There are a lot of choices. Facilities are good, but not quite new. Staffs are polite. I met one staff that was very friendly. In general, it’s a pretty good place to stay.

The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was very roomy with a microwave and refrigerator. But the toilet did not flush properly and we had a clog. It took them hours to get upstairs to fix the clog and they ended up just handing us a plunger. They never ended up properly fixing it, and that was an inconvenience because you had to flush delicately. Also, we had requested housekeeping to clean the room and they forgot. We had towels all over the place with my kids, and the beds were never made. When I called down at 6 PM when we arrived back to the room, they said housekeeping was gone for the day and there was nothing they could do for us. Once again, the rooms were nice, but the service was rather questionable.

Overall not impressed. Woman at the front desk had an attitude with myself and another employee, for no obvious reason. The room was fine, although there were so insanely loud water pipes running through the wall that woke me up several times (heavy sleeper) The pool was not impressive. The hot tub was luke warm and foamy. There was black mold on the ceiling near the windows. Very few tables. My bathroom had a massive cracked tile on the shower wall. Location is good though and breakfast was better than most

I was a little apprehensive due to the low rate but it had good reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. We were there visiting family so needed a place to sleep. We didn’t use any of the amenities except the breakfast which was fine
