No hot water in shower, cold water faucet was broken on sink, toilet would not flush (handle didn’t work on toilet). Staff sent me to wrong room - mobile room was not the same room as the key card. I am a Marriott platinum member. After this stay, I will switch to Hilton for business and personal travel. The only good thing is the location to the PHL airport.

Yes the room was spotless and the staff was great. I felt the food was vry pricey. I got a philly cheese steak for $25 and it was just ok, For dinner we ordered 1 meal, a dessert and an app and it was almost $100???
