"I had a fantastic stay here! I will definitely come again. The room itself was impeccably clean and comfortable. I felt safe in this very secure building and it had nearly everything I might need - kitchenette, with Keurig, mini fridge and toaster, a Smart tv with streaming service, large comfy bed, ac, sturdy blinds, quiet building. I would have given 5 stars all around but there was a slight problem at check in where they accidentally assigned me a room someone else was already staying in which was awkward. But I will say they resolved it immediately and professionally even though it was after 11pm at night. I was in my correct room within 10 minutes. The only other issue was the room was lacking some cleaning supplies - no dish soap, no paper towels or sani wipes to wipe up spills, no hand soap and only 1 roll of already partially depleted toilet paper. I’m guessing because they had to reassign rooms last minute maybe they didn’t have time to ensure the room was stocked. I will just make sure to bring my own next time just in case. All in all - a wonderful stay. Easy to get in and out and although the neighborhood looks a bit sketchy I felt safe and it was a very convenient and easy 15 minute walk to Temple University to see my daughter for family weekend.
