The Space:
All of our 1bd no pets units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure building entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

Other Things to Note:
Fine Print: We accept one pet maximum 30 lb weight limit in Pets Allowed units only. Second pet allowable under most circumstances if pet is mature and trained under 30lbs. No cats allowed please. We do not provide daily maid or linen service. Your room is cleaned before you check in and after you check out only. We do not provide shampoo, toothpaste, etc. We are focused on longer term stays of 5 days + but we do host for 2 day stays. Shorter term reservations can only be made within the same week of travel. Our internet speeds vary. We subscribe to Cox 1GB but there are many factors in the speed our guests will receive at any time. We provide no guarantees and do not reimburse for downtime. Please note we do have ADA accessible units and can provide them, just let us know in advance. We are 100% self check in, you will receive a code for your door 2 hours in advance of check in. Our location is 5858 W. Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ.

nice neighborhood

I had a lovely time walking my dog down towards the gila ditch area. It was wonderful to see all the birds, water, people, dogs, and getting my feet a little muddy.

Horrible location and unit!

When I pulled up to the property at about 11:00 pm, there were three police cars and crime scene tape blocking off much of the parking lot. That should have been my first clue. Accessing the building was easy, but once inside, we were hit by the overwhelming smell of mairjuana. The unit was gross. The kitchen had no hot water and the couch was filthy and stained; there were black marks of some kind on the pillow case and bed spread; and the curtains in the bedroom had some kind of filth on the window-facing side, with paper napkins stuck to the liner. Starting at 4:00 am the following morning, we were awoken by the occupants of a neighboring unit, who were yelling at each other and knocking around. Again at 5:00 am, yelling out in the corridor between the occupants of multiple units was out wake up call. By the time we left at 8:30 am, we felt the need to ensure we all left together as a single unit, with all our belongings held tightly, so no one accosted us during our departure. The only positive feedback I can leave is that, when I called the after-hours phone number to complain about the condition of the unit, advising that I wouldn't be staying any of the remaining nights of my reservation and asking for a refund, they agreed without question or complaint. I can only assume this was because they receive so many complaints about the property's condition that offering refunds is a usual part of their business practices.
