The staff and the food were excellent. The beds were comfortable but the room amenities were lacking. Poor lighting. Not enough clothing storage space. Little things but i expected better from a hyatt

Book directly with hotels

I would recommend NOT booking through Hotels.com. The 3rd party reservation made it really difficult at check in to find our reservation. Hotels.com gave us a price that "included taxes and fees" - there were additional taxes still applied to our bill at check out. BEWARE of Hotels.com and just book direct with the hotel. In addition, the front desk staff at the Hyatt were having "technical difficulties" and I'm still working out the double charges incurred for breakfast (that was supposed to be part of the room package) and charged both the "hold" credit card and the card I checked out with. Our room faced a brick wall and was very dark. There were not enough lounge chairs around pool even though there was ample space to add more. Very clean. Great staff and location is excellent.
