I had a terrible experience at the La Quinta. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until about midnight. At that time, despite having a reservation, we were told that there were no clean rooms available. They were cleaning rooms, but we waited for over 2 hours to be granted a room. At that time, it was 2am and my 2-year-old had been wailing, "I want to sleep!" in the lobby for that long. We checked into the room at 2am on the day of checkout and found it to be dirty - there was a drawer full of dirty clothes and a cigarette lighter on the bureau. It was very late, and since we knew there we no other available rooms, we slept for about 4 hours and then packed up and left. The breakfast was poor - they were out of milk for cereal, creamer for coffee, and we found a small piece of glass in the waffle we made. I will add that I also tried to pursue a refund with both the hotel and with Expedia, and at this time both have refused. I would not recommend staying at this hotel or booking with Expedia due to very poor customer service.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, caulking around the tub was coming apart, the carpet was stained, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, and the sink drained very slowly.

Booked this hotel as we had a late flight and wanted to be by the airport. The conditions of this hotel were more like a motel. Carpet was dirty and the bathroom needed a major refreshed. Got in a midnight had to leave by 6am there was some major construction going on and we hardly got any sleep.

We had a terrible experience at this property we entered our room and the shower knobs were off like someone was working on them and left them in pieces. We got appointed another room and there was someone in the room already when we tried to open the door. Front desk person was very helpful in all he could and helped us get a full refund to us. And the second room problem wasn’t on him . The other person on desk before him hadn’t summit paper work on that booking.

The room was filthy and disgusting. Hair and dirt in the bathroom. The ice machine was broken. Used chapstick in the night stand. The elevator was dilapidated. Looks nothing like the pictures.

I love staying at LaQuinta because of the breakfast but I was a little disappointed I stayed for 3 nights so I had access to 3 breakfast and every morning it was under staffed and breakfast items were always missing Like waffle batter , syrup , eggs, plates , utensils I think on weekends especially there should be one person designated to keep the breakfast area full
