Will Stay Again - Great sleep

The staff through our stay (3 nights) was quick and responsive, it was quiet (no noise from any room), the pool was clean and maintained. The bed was great. Parking always available and the location provides good access to the freeways. We will stay again in the future.

Worst week in Phoenix

The worst hotel ever been to. Filthy parking area. Water pressure to weak for a shower!! Breakfast was only on Saturday n Sunday.They tried to charge me extra on the last day. Won’t recommend to my enemy

My room was dirty. The rug looked like its never been cleaned, shampooed, etc. Shower was not clean. The floor in the bathroom was not mopped. Had probably either the last guest or housekeeping hair on the floor.

The front desk folks were nice upon check in. The facility is filthy, unhygienic and worn. We had 5 cochroaches in our room, the bathroom is so small you must step into the shower in order to open the door and I'm 120lbs! Needles and garbage are easily spotted throughout the property. I'm one who isn't bothered by old outdated properties but this is down right dangerous and filthy. Spend the extra $25 and go somewhere else. Honestly this place should be shut down and La Quinta should remove their name.

Bedsheets were dirty, bathtub disgusting water would not turn off, dead bugs in the room. When reported to office they said nothing could be done for the water running constantly. Gym has broken equipment and no AC Refuse to refund my three night stay said it was their policy for no refunds. So I left early and still paid for the room..
