No time for breakfast. Bar menu ok, Rueben sandwich very greasy, tortilla soup very good. Server, Jimmy, excellent. Rooms, basic, no robes, no free wifi Shuttle drivers very professional. Some vans have no identification on them, so difficult to spot at airport. Only show up if called for, don’t use Ai suggested phone number,only call the Marriot directly.

During my stay, I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. The staff did not appear welcoming and came across as indifferent and somewhat arrogant, especial Rebecca. Basic interactions felt rushed, and there was a lack of the courtesy and professionalism I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and consider additional training to improve customer service and guest experience.

I gave average because the room was clean. The staff was rude. They would not let us unload our luggage by the front door. They had us move and we had to walk all the way across the parking lot with out luggage. My husband is older and had a hard time walking that far with the luggage.
