The property is well kept. Unsure if it's par for the area or not, but there was inconsistent water pressure which affected showering and flushing. Pools in some pool suites could use more attention (broken or missing tile). All the staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the bay and Patong beach are fantastic. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The property is very dated and unkept. There is tiles missing in the pools paint chipping everywhere. Even housekeeping never did a great job cleaning. There would still be hair and dust on the floor

Everything with the hotel was great except the pool sweet the water is to cold couldn’t Enjoy it if you do not mind getting in cold water then ok but do not spend the extra $ 1400 on the ocean view just get the regular pool sweet

It was the most horrible stay ever it was my birthday and they didn’t even offer me a cake or anything. The first room the tv and phone wasn’t working the second room the pool was dirty from the tree being so close by. The bathroom had plumbing issue.

Hotel was very nicely kept. Many amenities. Used the spa, the pools and restaurant/bar. Beautiful views too!! Great hotel for the investment. Downside, not walkable to shopping or other restaurants. Relied on public transportation to get around Phuket.

This hotel was wonderful in many ways!! The view is unbeatable, the staff were fabulous and the food was terrific!! I stayed with my adult granddaughter and we had a very large room with two beds. This arrangement was perfect for two travelers. The downfall is that it is not walkable to restaurants or shopping. It is really in a quiet location (which is unusual for Phuket)

The best property we have ever stayed in. The service and staff are exceptional. 10/10 recommend staying here. Only thing is the rooms in building c and d have the best views. The other level have good views, but since on a hill, you will unpleasantly see the roof of the other rooms in the building.
