The staff was very nice. My room was nice except the bathroom door was broken, one of the faucets in the tub was broken and about 3 or 4 lights were out. They didn't have a maintenance person. The young lady who worked in the cafe was the cook, bartender, waitress and shuttle driver. They had a sold out crowd with families because of the Powerade Wrestling Clinic. She should get a raise or they should hire more staff. She was also by herself on New Year's Eve. So a shout out to Tammy and Jordan.

Charged twice for this hotel

I have been charged double for my room. I have tried to get a hold of the hotel about the situation and I have left a message. I finally got a hold of them and they told me to get a hold of you guys, but somebody needs to refund me either your company or the hotel I did reserve online, but it looks like I paid online and then when I showed up at the hotel we paid again. Can you please help me with this matter?

We booked a king room months before New Year’s when we got there upon check in we were told our room was upgraded. Once we got to our room it was a bigger room but it was a queen room that they put an additional king cot in. The king cot was very uncomfortable so we slept in the queen. I tend to book Marriott because of there bed comfort. We have a queen bed at home but like to book and enjoy kings when away. Otherwise, nice hotel and clean

This is an extremely dirty and old and not maintained hotel. We had to change our room 3 times. 1st room had a considerably large bug on the bed, 2nd room had stain on bed sheets and a very noisy fridge, 3rd room had yellow bed sheets. Next morning the housekeeping staff just opened and walked into our room without knocking or asking.
