My goodness! After my absolutely horrific experience with GM Peter Kandel at the one in Dallas, i swore off ever staying at another Holiday Inn. I accidentally booked this hotel confusing it with Hilton Gardens South Pointe. Well my confusion led to an amazing experience! Christy is just the sweetest person! She is soo kind and wonderful and really went over and beyond to restore my faith in this brand. The hotel is much cleaner and a better atmosphere than the Hilton Gardens at Southpointe. I will definitely without a doubt stay here again!!

Location: A little off the main roads, in an industrial park. The streets were dark, and we had to drive to the center of town to find open places to eat.
