Valet parking and check-in were great. The room was nice, but I wish I had gotten the king room. I like the decor much better in the king. It seemed a little sparse. The bathroom, especially the shower was delightful

The room was huge with no furniture. The pullout couch was broken and would not pull out. The room requested was a suite for a reason, we had 5 people. There was nobody working at the front desk or the restaurant. We never checked out because nobody was there and many were waiting for more than 10 minutes. The place was just understaffed.
