First we could not get in our room at 4 when check in was around 445. Then when asked about it .staff was rude.then the bath tub was not cleaned .was not able to take a shower overnight or am . So disappointing and upsetting. How the house keeping spoke to us as welll..

The customer service was outstanding. Above and beyond. The person that checked us in at the front desk (and was there through our stay) went above and beyond, arranging a very early check in due to our early arrival time and a little later check out due to our departure time. She went above and beyond to help us with our needs and was so kind. I can't say enough wonderful things about her.

The hotel is very convenient is attending a local musical concert. You can park and ride the Gateway Clipper to and from concerts. Some downsides to the hotel was there is no water pressure in the hotel room or restrooms. Also the breakfast buffet was subpar for $21 per person.
