Convenient to get around quick uber from train station , it was portland in march so rain , easy to get to lite rail to go to airport 2 days later , 1 block away , 2.80 directly to airport lets you out by arrivals go upstairs to departures . Plenty of things around , food truck park on 5th was close , powells books close as well , nice hotel ,great efficient staff

We had a wonderful, brief stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Portland’s downtown. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff ready to assist. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was cozy, and we appreciated the stylish, minimalist design of the space. We also enjoyed the stunning views of the city skyline. The hotel’s common areas are equally impressive, with a relaxed vibe perfect for unwinding. Although we didn’t have much time to explore the hotel’s amenities, we did make use of the breakfast spread, which was fresh and tasty—an ideal way to start our day. The location was perfect for a short trip, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and scenic spots in downtown Portland. Overall, our stay was just what we needed—short, sweet, and stress-free. We’d absolutely recommend the AC Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Portland!

DO NOT STAY HERE! It's clean, quiet, convenient, and extremely affordable. I can't have my and my wife's little Portland secret getting out and then I have to pay twice the price next time we stay here. It's great, but stay away, my wallet needs this. Jokes aside, this place is really hard to beat. H&M, Zara, and The Rack are all within two blocks. About 8 blocks away are several excellent restaurants. The rooms are clean, modern, and quiet. The staff is all friendly and conversational.
