We had a nice room on the top (11th) floor with a view of the waterfront. We had a 45 min delay getting into our room upon arrival even though it was 4:30 pm. But they did give us some vouchers for free drinks in the bar while we waited. The parking garage is pretty tight and gets filled up. The location is good with many walkable sights and restaurants. We didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on that.

Despite some dated appointments to the general hotel public areas the room was very nicely appointed and seemingly updated recently. Everything was comfortable and in working order. Lighting could have been a little brighter, and desk chair material made me feel warm when sitting in it for long stretches of time. Room service staff was extremely friendly, and those at front desk were efficient and helpful.

Hotel keys are the worse. They never work and you need to have them reprogrammed. Also charging for parking is ridiculous. The outdoor garage is unsafe. Stairs are rusty and falling apart. Unsafe!!!!

The room offered a nice view and was spacious and clean. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The TV was not a smart TV, and the air conditioning unit had an auto-lock feature that prevented a constant fan setting and would turn off even when the room still felt warm. We reported this to the front desk, and while they initially said it could be fixed, the handyman who came up said he was unable to resolve the issue. Additionally, our room was only cleaned once during our 3-night stay, despite us being out of the room for 5–6 hours each morning. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. However, the surrounding area had a significant number of homeless encampments, which made walking around at night feel unsafe.
