Modern furnished and decorated with comfort in mind, this lovely apartment 75m2 is close to the metro station and is only a 5-minute walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.

Featuring a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table big enough to accommodate six people.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfill any culinary requirement. There is also a washer and ironing equipment available for your needs.

The two bedrooms feature a double bed, each complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the essentials you’ll need, such as a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and bath. Towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

You may leave your luggage in the Welcome Center for free while you keep enjoying the city!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
