We had such a lovely stay at aurea. I would say the room and facilities of the hotel didn’t quite compare to another Eurostars hotel we stayed in whilst on our travels but only due to room size and the facilities within the room I.e TV and plug sockets. But these are only very minimal concerns, the hotel is in the perfect location and providing you don’t spend lots of time in the room it’s wonderful.

Excellent stay at this hotel: lovely room with nice amenities (including conditioner, extra toothbrush free coffee/tea in room, other things above the basic). Location is great-- easy to access shopping, restaurants, pubic transit, and many popular points are walkable. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment was clean and modern. I only wish the bathroom had a powerpoint - but this is more feedback than an issue! Staff were very attentive and prompt with any support I needed. They even packed me an awesome breakfast to go for my early checkout on my final day. Would absolutely return and recommend.

Noisy at night because you are in a busy area especially for night life (used white noise on my phone and was fine). Toilet was leaking out onto the floor but we just put a towel down for the two nights. Otherwise, very beautifully decorated and luxurious feel. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Would stay again.

Saven, who was a staff on duty, went above and beyond. He made sure that we had everything we needed. He is professional, welcoming, and friendly. The room is clean and what we expected. I highly recommend this hotel.
