Lovely stay, the room was comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast was really good with a large choice catering for. Although the hotel is on a busy junction it was quiet at night and there was no noise from other guests. Dianna on reception was really helpful and friendly. Prague is a beautiful safe city and I’d recommend all to visit.

We loved this Hotel, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and very clean . The Hotel is only a short walk from Charles bridge and the Cathedral, which is beautiful ( lots of steps so be prepared) . We will definitely be returning

Absolutely lovely little hotel with fantastic jacuzzi bath, huge room and great room service. The restaurant looked nice however we didn’t eat in it due to every other option locally was a lot cheaper. The steam cave was absolutely wonderful. I would’ve given a 5 if there was more generous options on the minibar/ free opportunity to use the sauna, Roman bath or steam cave. Staff were helpful and efficient. The breakfast was okay, coffee machine was brilliant but the food was a bit stale tasting and could’ve done with better quality options. Despite the cons we still had a lovely stay and would definitely reccomend.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. BUT for a 5* hotel I was disappointed. Bedroom carpet was filthy. Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work. The bathroom sink didn't retain water as the plug didn't work. When shaving had to waste water as ran tap continuously. Some road noise. Television didn't have satellite channels, even though it was advertised. Television was only connected to a television aerial. You couldn't change the setting on the television to play in original language which you can on all televisions. Although the beds were made etc. the carpet was never hoovered.

There was a complication with our suite which was no longer available. Explained to the staff that is was a special weekend I was planning on propsing in Letna park. The staff gave us a double upgrade to the nicest suite in the hotel. Very much appreciated. When we come back for our anniversary, we will be staying here again. She said yes by the way haha.

good location!

we had stay 5 night. good sleep every night. breakfast buffet was good. Staffs friendly and helpful. location! location! location! very good location. We were by Uber for airport only. then easy for walking to everywhere. Metro station and train station is nearly by hotel anyway. but we were walking everyday.

The steam room and spa treatment were a pretty unique expierence. Hotel style is very 'oldie worldie' and room was a generous size. However, I wouldn't rate this hotel a five star but more of a tired four star at a push. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming for a five star as we've had better onesat four star hotels.

We stayed from Dec 28-31/24. When we arrived there was no king bed rooms available that we had booked & paid for. We were given a temporary room from the front desk staff. As a note, the front desk staff was very nice & polite. Obviously this wasn’t ideal. They comped our dinner/drinks (which was terrible), free of charge to offset the error & the next day transfer our luggage to the paid for room. On the 2nd & 3rd nite we had the room we paid for, a king suite. It was nice but there was no shower in the bathroom! So it was rather awkward taking a shower. The breakfast buffet was terrible & very limited. The exact same items each morning. I don’t recall the buffet costs but it was fairly high but certainly NOT worth the extra costs.

This is basically a 3 star hotel. Dated rooms/facilities. Breakfast consists of of a spread similar to that of a budget hotel. Coffee from a machine, concentrated fruit juices, packet pastries and some trays of hot options which aren't replenished. Confused as to how this hotel can claim to be 5 stars.

We had a short break to visit the xmas markets. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Great choice of breakfast and fab coffee machine. Never too busy to find a table. We had a deluxe room which was huge. Really made our stay to be treated so well. Recommend
