The staff are super helpful if you have questions navigating the city. The location is great for walking to the major sites. Lastly, the steam room and Roman bath in the spa are so unique and relaxing, it's worth it if you're sore from walking uphill for multiple days looking at all the sites :)

The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable, though they could benefit from some upgrades and enhancements. For a 5-star hotel, we expected a higher level of luxury and attention to detail. One drawback was that access to the sauna and steam bath required advance reservation and an additional fee, which was disappointing given the hotel's rating. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of high-quality options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is another strong point, with easy access to the metro and tram. Many of the city's main attractions and the Old Town are within walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, breakfast, and location, but some facilities and amenities fell short of our expectations for a 5-star property.Uh
