Nice staff and excellent location for walking to most local sights. Despite being next door to U Fleku (I’m told one of the oldest Pivovars in Prague) it is quiet and restful. The bed was very comfortable.

Excellent location, generally clean and tidy but plug in bathroom sink brocken and shower waste blocked as well. No drink facilities in the room which was annoying. Staff were very helpful. Would stay at this hotel again.

A nice modern hotel with great bedrooms. Very comfortable beds, duvets, clean towels and bedding. Shower over bath was excellent with good water pressure. Breakfast buffet included is excellent with plenty of choice of cold meats, cheese, fruits, bread and cereals. Small selection of hot items as well. Great location a few minutes walk to the nearest tram, 10 minutes walk to the Metro station and 15-20 minutes from the old town. Service was polite and efficient but not particularly friendly. Maybe this is just the way in eastern europe but a few more hello's and smiles would have been nice. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and were told "I dont eat out around here"! Other slight downside is the noise from the large pub next door and passing traffic which did disturb us most nights until about 11.30pm so not great if you go to bed early, particularly if you need the windows open as there is no air conditioning in the room. Fans are available on request however. Overall definitely somewhere I would return to again based on location, cleanliness, free breakfast buffet and great beds. However I would think twice if my visit was in the heat of summer.

Nice city hotel but a long way from the centre.

Nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good local restaurants. However a bit remote from the centre of Prague. I booked the Best Western Hotel and somewhere in the booking process I was put into their sister hotel The Pav.

Pros: Location and friendliness of staff.
Cons: The room design was quite basic and maybe a picture or two on the walls would help to give it warmth and be less austere.
Location: Location was good - not far from Wenceslas Square and main shopping area. Handy for the National Theatre.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is well placed for central Prague. The room was spacious, although quite basic, but overall I would stay again and recommend it to friends. It was great value for money.

Good position

Pros: It's convenient location
Cons: It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Location: Plenty of historical things to see as well as good high street and designer shops nearby.
We were a party of 7 and we found the Hotel close to the centre of Prague but far enough away to be quiet at night. The staff werevreally friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was varied and in plentiful supply.

Ideal location for sightseeing

Pros: Helpful, knowledgeable and polite staff. Clean room.
Cons: Eating area not big enough, some mornings found it hard to get a chair. Good selection of breakfast items though.
Location: Ideal walking distance to Charles Bridge, Old Town, markets, Prague Castle, shops and cafes.
Very pleasant stay. Room clean and comfortable. Staff helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Ideal for walking to see places of interest. Perfect.
