Location, Price, Interiors, Coffee machine in the room, Buffet breakfast at extra, As usual, the parking was a bit tight, needed coordination, but it worked. Staff speaks English and German too.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff on the front desk were pleasant. Twice I went to the bar and no one was there to serve, which was odd. Don’t use their recommended taxi service as it’s over double the price of Uber or Bolt. The main issue I had was the lack of sound proofing and how much noise the cleaning team made very early. Every morning I was woken up to the sound of chairs/furniture scraping - as early as 6am. I ended up buying ear plugs but they didn’t help. The cleaning team need to be more mindful of the time they’re cleaning the rooms and the level of noise they’re making.

I went with other great reviews for this hotel and wasn’t disappointed, great service, clean and well looked after, comfortable room and good breakfast. A perfect place to spend our honeymoon.

Regarding the VIP offer: there was no upgrade offered for the room. The spa is actually just 1 hour of sauna. The air conditioning was broken and we asked at the reception numerous times to have it fixed, no one bothered. We were told each time that the technician fixed it, but they did not. The furniture in the room was very outdated. The location of the hotel is good.

Lovely quiet location and easy walking location in Prague, opposite tram stop, several restaurants and bars nearby. Room was nice size, toiletries provided and decent towels, plenty of toilet rolls, free safe in room. Plenty of choice at breakfast, fruit, yoghurts, cereals, lovely rolls, cheese, meats, salad stuff, scrambled eggs, cakes etc Had a great stay, also as a member of Hotels.com platinum we got a free bottle of,Prosecco, free sauna too

Great location. Public transportation was steps away. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Location is on the quieter side of town which we liked very much. I think we were supposed to get some VIP benefits (like wine) but we didn’t. Also supposed to get free spa service but only service available was a sauna which we weren’t too interested in. Breakfast was very nice though. Would stay here again.

I loved the quiet well appointed room. It had everything that u could want in a room. The staff were all super helpful and professional. The sauna was great but the highlight was the incredible breakfasts.

The hotel manager, Tomas is wonderfully accommodating. He was very kind and upgraded me to the large family apt on the 4th floor. The hotel’s location on the Mala Strana has excellent restaurants in the vicinity and one can stroll in the Kampa park or along the river’s edge, which is only two blocks away. The tram stop Uzjezd is across the street which whisks you to any part of the city. You can’t beat the location - Prague 1!

At check-in I tried politely to ask if that was all (well knowing that at the confirmation there was a bottle of sparkling wine included in the rate - and also a "wellness/spa") After asking why I sis not get the wine - I got it. I suggest you to change the wording so it is clear that wht is included is admittance to the sauna. BTW - the oven in your sauna is very poor - and takes far too long time to heat up! Service in your Bar is almost non existing - I told it to the young man in the reception - and he just replied that the bartender will come in some minutes! I got one drink - but did not have the patience to wait once again for a 2. drink! When I came to breakfast room and gave my roomnumber - I was quite unfriendly asked if I had paid for the breakfast. It could not go to my bill afterwoods as normal praxis at other places.
