The hotel stated i will be picked up on the date of arrival at the airport i provided at the website. I stayed waiting for an hour, tired, and unfamiliar of the place. The shuttle did not show up. Customer service was poor. I asked for a wake up call as my trip will be early in the morning.The desk staff just told me, just set your alarm on your phone. You dont need me to call. I asked again, he gave me an attitude , called me 15 mins before the taxi showed up in AM. The best was VeroniKa Slavikova, the best tour guide. Kind, open to ideas, she loves Prague. Bathtub is very slippery, high fall risk when standing. Housekeeper- the best!

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Roma. The hotel is central and in a quiet area. Just a 10 minute park walk to Charles bridge. My bedroom was spacious with a king size bed, large bathroom with toiletries. Very good housekeeping each day. Very nice buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Just outside the hotel were about 8 restaurants plus mini markets for essentials.

우선 직원분들이 너무 친절해서 기분 좋은 휴식이 될 수 있었고,방 컨디션,욕실,청소상태 완벽. 조식도 신선한 재료들로 좋았음.다만 아쉬운 점은 101호 와이파이 신호가 불안정해요.점검이 필요합니다^^다음에 또 머무르고 싶어요.추천!!!

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean, comfy bed could of done with a couple more coffee pods for coffee machine, Hotel was situated perfectly near enough shops, castle, river, but lots green spaces around us, and away from the hustle bustle
