This hotel is in a great location, providing easy access to the Charles Bridge, river walk and both old and new town. We had a ground floor room at the front of the hotel which was surprisingly quiet. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent with great choices of hot and cold buffet. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Overall, a nice hotel. The breakfast was good with vegan options including fresh fruit, granola with non dairy milk options, bread and jam. There were a couple of things that let it down such as: poor water pressure in the shower; a fridge that smelt so bad on opening that it remained shut for our entire stay; mixed friendliness of the staff. The location is excellent for accessing local sites, shops and restaurants.

It is in a great spot, very convenient to get to all major sites in Prague. Many dining options in the vicinity. Breakfast was great, and had many options, with staff refilling items and cleaning the area on a very regular basis. Room was very well laid out, very good size and clean. Only one issue was that our room was right on the main floor, right beside the front desk, breakfast area, and bar. We thought it would be a much bigger issue at first, but it wasn't bad at all for us; if you like to sleep in though, then you will hear noise in the mornings.

Watermarks on the ceiling. Pilled of color by the windows. Basement looks like dungeon with misscolored walls. Very indifferent staff. Even after mentioning a wedding they didn't bother to do anything special. Constantly missing vanity kit. Stairs that have to be taken to get to reception (that noone mentions) . Yes it says buzz us we will help you and if it rains and noone at the reception for like 10 minutes you will drag it yourself. The only 5 star amenity in this place is breakfast

Lovely small hotel in a great location

We stayed here for 5 nights on a trip to Prague. The location is excellent - tucked away in cobbled streets but a stone's throw from the river and the famous Charles Bridge. The hotel itself is small but provided everything we needed. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and the breakfast buffet every day was excellent. The staff were super helpful (they booked our transfers to and from the airport and had great local knowledge). The only downside was no lounge/bar area to speak of (just the breakfast area) but other than that, it was excellent and I would stay again.

The location is prime and the price was very reasonable. We loved that there was AC and breakfast included. The room was big by European standards. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and elegant. The only issue I had was that each night there appeared to be loud, persistent thudding noise, like someone kept dropping a large slab of steel.. Not sure where it came from, could've been from outside of the hotel.

Great central location in a quiet side street in the old town,all the main sights walkable. Spacious comfortable spotlessly clean room, lovely bathroom with good quality toiletries. Great breakfast with a fab choice of things to eat, loved the fresh fruit+ yoghurt! And what a lovely welcoming reception team… Monica+ her colleague( I’m so sorry that I can’t remember her name) were so warm+ friendly when we arrived + gave us some great recommendations for restaurants with typical Czech cuisine + for cafes too, much appreciated. And what a lovely surprise to have a complimentary room upgrade when we returned for our last night. We’ll be back! A perfect stay! Thank you! 🙏😀
