Great staff, breakfast and location. Located in a very central location for many attractions and dining experiences. We were able to walk for most of our tours. Staff were all helpful and friendly (and spoke English-thank you!). Rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

First, I’m pretty easy to please, so if you are a “high maintenance” individual, then ensure you give my review its due consideration. The hotel was very clean, the staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast met or exceeded all my expectations, with a decent selection of food and some variety from day to day. The room itself was quite a bit bigger than I’m used to, and we just booked the basic room (single king bed room - not a suite). The building is old, but recently remodeled and is very appealing. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on, that was a big win. The Air Conditioner was fantastic and the window opened to a great city view. We were in Prague for 7 full days and were able to walk everywhere right from our hotel, saving a bundle on transportation costs. If you wanted to go a little further out of the old town, the tram stop was less than a minute from the hotel. I’d stay here again.

Quiet and a gem!

Breakfast rocked - only feedback out serving plates away from long coffee line. Service of breakfast staff and front desk stellar. Bonus very quiet at night. Only feedback was wish I could open window for some fresh air. Rooms spacious and love tea kettle for hot water.

This hotel is in a great location, providing easy access to the Charles Bridge, river walk and both old and new town. We had a ground floor room at the front of the hotel which was surprisingly quiet. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent with great choices of hot and cold buffet. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
