Hello, Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and found the hotel clean and the staff friendly. I am sorry about the noisy AC, we will take a look into it and hopefully fix this issue soon. The AC can either be on heating system, or on cooling system for the entire hotel. During winter season, we have to switch it on the heating system as it is quite cold outside and it is our only way to warm up the rooms. If the room gets too hot, it is best to simply turn off the AC and it will cool down within a few minutes. We hope to see you again in our hotel in the future! Kind regards, MOODs Team
