Amazing location right next to Old Town Square. The staff were very courteous and attentive as well. The Emblem was the perfect base camp for exploring Prague!

The location is perfect everything except the castle is a 5 minute walk. Room itself is nice a little small if you have a lot of luggage but I would stay here again

Selected this hotel because of its location and it didn’t disappoint. You are literally walking distance from everything. Some highlights from the hotel were the reception desk and one bartender (can’t remember his name), he was from Slovakia. They all provided excellent service. Now, the area for improvement was housekeeping. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking and our king size bed had a queen comforter. The bathroom floor was consistently dirty and there was mold in the shower. I didn’t complain because the housekeepers were nice, but something for the hotel to be made aware of. Overall I would give this place a 4/5 stars.

Still good but was previously great

I’ve stayed at the Emblem Hotel Prague before and returned this time to a warm welcome with a handwritten note and chocolates – a lovely touch that I really appreciated. The staff are friendly and the location is absolutely the hotel’s best feature, right in the heart of the city. The spa and massage are a nice addition, though even with the massage discount the price feels very premium. Compared to my last stay about a year ago, the hotel seems a little tired – or perhaps I was unlucky with my room. On arrival, the room had a faint sweaty smell, and the shower dripped through the night. The hairdryer didn’t work either; I requested a replacement and reception noted it down, but unfortunately it was never delivered. On the positive side, the bar remains a very nice spot to unwind. Overall, I would consider returning, but at £350 a night I felt the value didn’t quite match the price this time around.

The Emblem is located in an unparallel location. Literally 2 streets from the Old Town square, but located on a quiet street. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but you get used to it, and you are not really in the room most of the time anyways. Would definitely recommend.
