It's frustrating when you stay in a suite with 5 people for 4 days and all you're given is one dw tablet, one roll of tp, and 3 little garbage cans. It wouldn't be an issue if cleaning came every day, but they tell you when you check in that it comes every other day -- "Or not at all if you want. Would you like that?" NO, Thank you. I don't like having to go out of my way to ask the desk for things that should already be in the room. Oh, and when cleaning came, we only got one roll of tp, no dw tab. You can really tell how a hotel is doing financially based on the little things, and this hotel seems to be penny pinchers. Though maybe the money you are saving on not providing more tp and dw tabs, is going to pay for the breakfast, because I will say that the breakfast was very very clean and probably one of the best in the area that i've had at a hotel. I appreciated the little scones and the strawberry pancake syrup was a nice treat. I would definitely stay here again based on the breakfast alone. And I would know up front to ask for extra dw tabs and tp when I check in.
