Hotel isn’t well maintained

We booked for 3 night and left the very next day. The place was not kept well. Rooms smelled moldy, the air was just heavy to breath inside the rooms. Felt very unsafe to stay there

I didn’t like because I have been in many resort they put water and drink in the fridge you guy don’t put any water in my room . You guy need to improve that how can you tell me you can no put water in the room when I paid everything including. I was not satisfied and I don’t think I will go back until everything be better . The cleaning person only put towels the day I got there next day didn’t give me clean towels very bad experience. I thought You guy were better than punta cana.

It’s the most horrible resort you can go, nothing in the room was good, the AC was broken the little fridge didn’t work, the toilet was having issues the bed frame was broken, a light for the room had electrical cables all out that was broken too, the door to go to the balcony was stuck it was just a nightmare. The only decent thing you can say is the restaurant staff was nice and the food selection was decent not great but at least decent, the front staff there was one guy who was very rude and unprofessional. Not a very good place

The hotel should improve aspects of the grounds, the staff were friendly- Alfredo and the servers at the La Vela were wonderful! The hotel Is lacking in the food genre. The food really sucked, and the room had plenty of ants, in the sink, in the bed and in the counter. It does have a nice beach, easy to access and walk at any time of the day. The vendors do get annoying in the area. With improvement it could be a better hotel. 2-3/5

Well, the staff was very good ,security was very on point and make us feel safe, property need some renovation asap.child care was very nice .the staff on the buffet dinner was excelent patricia and yohanna was very nice excelent service. The ONLY thing i did not like was the FOOD . The food in the buffet area was horrible , i had to eat different restaurant with my family for all nights.Need cooking staff ASAP ,to be by the sea this hotel need more seafood. Also non of the phoneline work. Had to walk very far to front desk to get help in something that could've been notify with a simple call.

Upon arrival to the room, the door was open. Went to use the bathroom and there was hair on the sink. No hand towels or shower scrub towels. Itbwas raining that day and noticed the guest had umbrellas. Called in to find out how to get umbrella and was told there should be 1 in the room. No umbrella. So i called in to request itema. Had to call 1 hour later to find out whats going on?

They were very attentive to our needs. Every time we requested more towels they brought it them quickly. The bed was a little hard for my preference. The food was EXCELLENT!
