We arrived at the property for a 6 day stay. The property itself is well cared for, the landscaping is great, and the staff are very kind and helpful. The property is large and part of 7 properties, all connected to one another. The pools are very large and there are few of them. This is important because when an accident occurs, it doesn’t shut down the only pool. There is plenty of seating at the pools with umbrellas. The beach was a little hike, but most of the time there is constant transportation to take you there. The hotel also provides plenty of tropical umbrellas with lounge chairs at the beach. I gave the property/stay 3 stars because the hotel needs to step up a few things. The beds are double beds, so they are small for a couple, and they are not comfortable. Neither are the pillows. They provide sheets only and you do not really have a comforter. Our deadbolt did not lock, and I told the concierge desk, but no one fixed it. We have the HVAC leak from the ceiling and water went everywhere. Maintenance fixed it quickly but left the mess for us to clean up. There was so much water it took 3 bath towels. We only have two US outlets which were for the coffee maker and frig, so that made it difficult for us. The dining and beverage options were also lacking. The food was not very good even though they had many choices. The buffet was the same each day and it wasn’t clean. Plates and utensils were regularly dirty. We noticed roaches in the tea area,

Lugar excelente para pasar con la familia. Yohanna en front desk al igual que todo el equipo fueron muy atentos. Kennedy como greeter, Eduardo, Brayan y Carolina fueron muy serviciales. El equipo de entretenimiento Blas, Sandy, Jorge y las chicas hacen un esfuerzo monumental para entretener a los guests. Definitivamente, volveremos.

The hotel, pools, beach and rooms were very clean. The people were extremely nice. The food was good at the main buffet, better at the beach buffet, and best at the restaurants. Take lots of singles and $5 bills for tipping. Lots of entertainment. The shows at night were great. Live entertainment and dancing every night. Take bug spray. The boogie excursion was amazing. Take cash to tip the local children in the village. Swimming with the dolphins was also amazing. I have nothing bad to say. It was an incredible experience. Can't wait to go back!

Honest review from a frequent traveler: This place did not disappoint. The check in was fast and seamless. The lobby, grounds and room was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entertainment was great. The nightly shows and live entertainment were fantastic. We were traveling with small children and the children had zero complaints. The beach was very clean and the water was beautiful and calm. The water parks were clean and the lifeguards were very attentive. The food at the lobby buffet was not great, but that is the norm for an all-inclusive. The buffet at the beach was good. Definitely make reservations for the restaurants and order the T-bone steak at the buffet. The boogie excursion was awesome, swimming with the dolphins was amazing, and the catamaran excursion to Saona was a bit too long for the children, as we were on the catamaran for 3.5 hours, but the island was breathtaking and the food that was served on the island was surprisingly really good. Take snacks for the boat ride, as they only serve drinks. Take bug spray. The mosquitoes at night are relentless. We will definitely be going back! Gracias a todos en Fantasia. Nuestras vacaciones fueron super bien. Estamos encantada con la gente, la cultura, y el pais. No podemos esperar volver. Que Papa Dios los bendiga a todos.

I staid for 3 nights and went to the 3 diff restaurants ( of course you have to have reservations). Unfortunately, restaurants require lots of improvements in their service! Food is not tasty at all. The people that serve the food are like from another planet. Definitely do not follow your request! They did not have lots of alcoholic beverages at the restaurant (only red/ white wine and beers) because I was vip they brought me tequila. I enjoy from buffet food the most. Do not waste your time to go to the restaurants.

Staff at the bar, restaurant and pool were great. My problem was with the room, it was outdated and dirty. The bathroom towel holder broken refrigerator didn’t work and I had the worse view. The view was supposed to be to the garden which it wasn’t it was facing the other building and all I was able to see was the motors of the AC units on top of the building. The room and whole resort infested with mosquitoes, u couldn’t even sit for a drink because they will eat u alive even with mosquito repellent. The buffet was ok food wasn’t good and all the restaurants were booked, we where able to eat a the Japanese restaurant which was at 10pm the only reservation and on top dirty and roaches crawling this was on the punta cana resort side of Bahia. The only good thing was that I’m Dominican and was able to communicate with the staff well and they were helping me with what I needed. But I will not come back to this resort.
