The food was terrible, on every location. Coral seafood restaurant doesn't have lobster, unbelievable. The toilets on the entirely facility doesn't flushes correctly. On a group of 21 3 people was given the wrong room not what they choose. The hotel refused to fix the problem. Housekeeping don't knock the door before entering the room.

It all started with the lack of English speaking staff . Alcohol selection was horrible and cheap for being a Five star resort . I’ve been to plenty of resorts and never had a horrid selection of alcohol . Food was average at most . I’m actually very disappointed with this trip that I’m thinking about disputing my credit card charge for the resort that I stayed in . Expedia should bare responsible for false advertisement on this resort . Shame on you Expedia and I will consider booking my next trip thru your company .

The room was great. Good location and a nice large 2 bedroom 2 bath. The service was not good and English was not spoken by many waiters or waitresses making any communication difficult. There was no attention to detail and the premier club upgrade didn’t come with a whole lot of benefits. The Bavarro palace in Mexico is much preferred.

Outdated but nice. Staff not as friendly. Japanese restaurant extremely HOT they don’t turn on AC. Port staff working like that. It was unbearable to eat dinner.
