The hotel is very nice and well-equipped. The location is also great. There was a lot of seaweed growing in the sea. I wish it was a little cleaner. The room was clean, larger than usual, and comfortable. The hotel service was average, but it would be nice if they were a little friendlier and smiley. It's rare to get through to the service by phone.

The pool had a lot of sand in it and a lot of broken tiles. At check in they said we were VIP customers but there was nothing special. Staff was not too friendly, we have been to other resorts in Punta Cana where all the staff was lovely. Also i recommend guests put your perfume in the safe. My perfume went missing.

Just got back last night. Our family had a great time. Check in was a little long and can be improved. We were not premium and we were able to get restaurant reservations every night between 6 o’clock and 7:30. We had a family room which was very spacious and clean. My kids loved the hot tub on the balcony. Each day our room was serviced and the mini fridge was restocked.The beds were made, and the towels were replaced daily. The pools were great. We mainly stayed in the main pool near the swim up bar. One of the bartenders even climb the tree to get two coconuts from my daughter’s to enjoy. We did one day at pirates Island. The water was great and the slides were fun. There was a pool bar right next to the waterpark, which was very nice We made reservations at Mexican Lindo, Coral, Dolce Vida, and Santa Fe steakhouse. all of the restaurants were fantastic. The buffets were also great. They had egg stations each morning and lots of traditional Dominican offering such as mangu and salami. The staff was very accommodating and one of the bartenders even climbed a tree to get my kids, fresh coconuts. We had a family photo session done with the on-site photographer. They came out great and we definitely would recommend them. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

This resort was GREAT!!!!! We didn't have to leave the resort. There was so much to do and to eat. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We will definitely be going back.

Some things I want to point out, STAKE HOUSE DINNER, needs improvement. some staff members need to keep their emotions in check to prevent the hotel guess from noticing verbal disputes! Over all, our experience was supper!!

The staff is very happy to serve and accommodate. From check-in to checkout, always friendly and pleasant. There are many dining options and the food is fresh. The pool area is very clean and even though it was crowded, staff were happy to find us lounge chairs. The grounds are very well-kept.
