I would not go back. Not worth the money. In an all inclusive you end up paying for most e wry thing you want. For example a Piña colada $10 dollars. Why?, the alcoholic drinks for example ask for a shot of Deward at the pool they say they ran out. The mini bar at the room was supposed to be stocked with beers, there wasn’t any and we called to get stock and they never showed the night we called. We called again in the morning did not showed either. When they finally showed the guy told me they had ran out of beers and that was the reason why they did not showed. Go figured ran out of beer. WOW!! Not a good stay for the money paid.

Loved this hotel - beautiful room and property. Great food, nice staff, lots of stuff for kids. Only downside was our balcony wasn't covered so it was wet most mornings. But overall was great!

Room was nice and clean however the food was so so especially at Toro restaurant I received a steak dinner that I did not touch it looked like it was cooked and set aside then microwaved. Staff friendly had a good time with Hector at the guitar pool. I believe a better look at the food and drink area need to be looked at a little better.

My stay at this resort in the Dominican Republic was generally enjoyable. The room was very clean and comfortable, though the air vents needed maintenance — I experienced some sneezing until I covered them myself. Room service was excellent: fast, courteous, and consistent. The hotel shops and casino were also outstanding and added great value to the stay. However, I was disappointed with the resort credit policy, as I was not able to use it at the spa as I had planned. I was also celebrating a birthday and requested a cake, but the staff was not accommodating. In addition, making a spa appointment was frustrating — staff even asked for a tip to check availability, which was unprofessional. Overall, it was a good stay, but not an excellent one. With better staff training, clearer policies, and improved maintenance, this could easily be a five-star experience.
