It is a very large hotel with a mixed bag of guests. The staff is friendly and does a good job of cleaning , but the hotel facilities and rooms are older and it shows. The food is almost all buffet style and only mediocre in quality and selection.

The property is out dated, rustic furniture, bathroom fixtures etc, dirty doors, paint. Can’t control how others drive around, but is not safe. The food was not good at all.

I enjoyed my stay at the property for the most part the staff was very helpful but I called I sent several emails for them to have the birthday package set up in my room upon arrival when I arrived nothing I talked to someone at the information desk she pulled my right up and said yes we have your email and we usually do it the next day I was there 4 days and they never did anything

The hotel was filthy. It felt like a motel. I was bit up by ants in my sleep. The room was full of them. Bed spreads and mattress were stained with mildew. Only one of two elevators worked. The shower head was rusty, and when the water ran it smelled of sewer. Very very few staff were friendly. Surrounding areas could’ve been better.

This has to be one of the worst all inclusives. The staff including management gives absolutely no importance to customer service. We stayed here for 4 nights. Air conditioner did not work for all 4 nights of our stay. Repeat calls and it wasn’t taken seriously. On the last day the technician arrived, promised he would be back within 15 mins but never showed up again. Snacks and food at the sports bar was pathetic. This property is only known for their parties. If you’re looking to spend your time at themed parties, this is the place for you! If not, please look elsewhere.

Leading up to the resort is a dumpster road. Filled with garbage everywhere… then you get to the resort and it seems ok walking it. But then you get to the room and it’s obvious this resort has not put any money back into their upkeep. We had a king bed but only had 1 king size pillow and the 2nd pillow was a standard but inside a king pillow case. The shower head was also busted. It wasn’t very clean either. Hair found on the floor and hairdryer. We had to ask 5 different people for extra pillows before we actually spoke to the manager that made it happen. It took 2 days to get it and they fixed the shower head. Also the plugs don’t work well either or they are busted. The bed is hard. They only give you a top and bottom sheet, no comforter. And NO WASH CLOTHS…. I thought that was so weird. House keeping sucks. They won’t replace the right amount of towels. It’s just obvious no one cares about this place It’s also a huge party place. So get ready if that’s not for you. It’s a frat party on steroids. The music is loud all hours of the night. Everyone is wasted. The food is 2-3 stars at best. There are a select few items that are good but mostly the food reminds you of something. Of course nothing is labeled so you never know what you’re getting anyway. The restaurants are all buffet style except the steak house which you can only Make reservations for the evening it opens. No advanced reservations. The service at buffets are hit or miss too. I would not return.
