Staff was great and helpful, except for our check in person, she told us the wrong area to go to for our room, she should have known better. The over all grounds and buildings are ok, but there are definitely lots of minor things that need to be repaired. Sane in our room. The beds are absolutely terrible, they hurt my body so much and aggravated my fibromyalgia really bad. I couldn't sleep without lots of Tylenol. Over all food places are good, buffets are better. However, I got major food poisoning after eating at the small steak house place. Their cuts of beef are not what you think and that tasty. Go with the salmon, it's a huge piece and way better!

The staff was amazing they did a great job. But the room was not great my tv did not work asked to get it fixed and 2 days later they finally change the tv then the remote did not work to that tv, and my hot water did not work in my room. The food was disgusting I survived off of watermelon, cantaloupe and jerk chicken which was the only good food on the resort. The alcohol was super watered down took 10 plus drink to feel anything

For my first time in Dominican Republic at this resort, I had many issues. The TV would not work. They said they would send someone up in 25 minutes. They never showed up. We had to go down the next day asked again. They finally brought an older TV in put it on he turned it on and checked it But didn’t realize the remote control doesn’t work to it so we ended up without a TV for a whole five day vacation very unsatisfied and they need a lot of upgrades. Also could use more people to speak English. It’s very hard to communicate.

it was okay for our first time our door for some reason ever once in a while wouldn’t close automatically which as a bit of a safety concern but other than that ots a beautiful resort vibes are great

Our room was excellent. Air conditioner was as cool as one can get. Staff so friendly and housekeeping made sure to get every nook and cranny. This hotel is absolutely great!! 10 out of 10
