Las facilidades muy bonitas y acogedoras. El trato del personal a otro nivel. Pero las habitaciones, los aires con problemas, no enfriaban, pasamos las noches con mucha calor, se notifico en varias ocasiones y nunca resolvieron el problema. La tubería sanitaria del baño salía mal olor, el personal de limpieza, le tenia que estar echando líquidos de limpieza y aún así el olor era intolerable.

Food was under average for most parts. Buffet had some good options and the restaurant East was the best. For those that don’t eat pork they should have more options for us. But the pools, bartenders and wait staff were attentive.

Check in process was atrocious. We arrived at 11am and check in was at 3 (which was fine with us). We were assigned a room at 11 and told to come back at 2 and went to the pool in the meantime. At 2:30 it wasn’t ready. At 3:30 it wasn’t ready. At 4:30 we were given keys to a room occupied by other guests. They weren’t sorry or accountable for the huge mistake. My husband carried the luggage up four flights and they said they wouldn’t help bring it to the new room. They wouldn’t do anything like give us a free massage for the inconvenience or late check out. We didn’t get into our new room until 5:30. Really really was upsetting and a violation of someone else’s privacy when we walked in. Room was clean and fine. No complaints once we were given a room. Food options are mediocre. Sort of get what you pay for here. Best part were parties and poolside and restaurant staff. Very friendly and accommodating.

La experiencia fue simplemente increíble. Desde que llegué, todo el staff fue súper amable, atentos en cada detalle y siempre con una sonrisa. Se nota que disfrutan lo que hacen y eso hace toda la diferencia. Quiero destacar especialmente a la muchacha de limpieza Genecis fue la mejor. Siempre atenta, detallista y con una calidez que hizo que me sintiera como en casa. Es de esas personas que realmente marcan la diferencia en tu estadía.

Upon arrival the line was long as the person attended he sent us to our room upon seeing the paperwork handed he did not hand me out card room . The rooms smelt like restroom and the restroom was leaking and smelt of moldy

Only issue i had is that my room wasn’t clean when i got there but i did got a room change that was better otherwise from that i would say i had an amazing time the staff is very friendly and sweet that make you feel like home it’s a lot of things to do in the resort the pool the clubs the food everything was good i had a great time i would definitely go back there

Bedbugs, rude staff, bad smell, felt unhygenic. Bedsheet was not changed despite requesting repeatedly. Not recommended - there's better hotels adjacent to this and they are reasonable.

The only good thing of this place was the party and people. But the service was the worse of the world and the food was terrible!!!

The food options were great. The steakhouse was the hardest to book a reservation, however is worth it. Staff memebers were extremely friendly and chatty!
