The cleanliness, food, and service at this place is pretty poor. As with several resorts, the food is either too bland or too salty, overcooked or undercooked, and the fruits were always sour. As for service, some of the staff will literally ignore you if someone else is tipping them and you aren't. Sleeping in is impossible, as cleaning staff talk very loudly in the hallway. A friend of mine lost his glasses in the lazy river, and when we asked staff if they could help they truly did not care and sent us to other staff members saying to ask them. As for cleanliness, upon arrival there were stains on my pillowcases. The only thing that was enjoyable was the beach, but at this time of year there's way too much seaweed to enjoy it fully.

Adoni since we arrived and even before made sure our experience here at Royalton was at is best . From we we arrived he made our dinner reservations and until the last day of we left . Never been to a resort where anyone did this but Aldoni made sure every day we were great - ! Definitely recommend this resort and ask for Aldoni next time you come here.
