Realmente la atención es terrible, los tiempos para realizar la entrada y salida se puede prolongar por horas…. El personal no es muy amable y se tiene la sensación de que nos hablan de manera grosera y déspota, sobre todo un empleado que se encuentra en lobby llamado Hector. La limpieza no es la mejor, al llegar a la habitación se tiene la sensación de que está sucio, no limpian a profundidad y hay áreas donde realmente es visible. Yo no volvería, la experiencia no es la mejor ni lo que se espera.

The staff are top notch! They wounded me with love all the way! I enjoyed my stay overall! Just the bathroom needs remodeling and the pest control service needs to be done everyday. Gave a 4 star because of the insect i saw in the room but other than that, everything was good! Also, please improve on the quality of the alcohol, they appear to be watered down. The food was average. Some days it is flavored well and some days it is not Joel, miguel, ria, carlos, adoni were super amazing!! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Good variety of food. Nice restaurants. But a lot of flies and cockroaches even on buffet table and seats. For the population there should be two buffets open lunch and dinner. Food beside lazy river was garbage with lots of flies on all the food. Gave nothing at the room like chips, etc. Needs some renovations. Staff specially at bars always want money. No good drinks and juices were prepared from before and not fresh.

I had a wonderful experience for my 50th birthday! Carlos Alberto, showed out by surprising me with birthday decorations when I arrived back in my room. I even had a birthday cake and champagne. I took so many pictures and videos from my experience. Thank you a lot, Carlos for letting me have the birthday experience I always wanted. I will make sure to let all my family and friends know who you are and that you will take good care of them during their stay. Thank you to the head manager in charge of the buffet department. He really took care of me also. Top-notch service. Making sure I had reservations in line and was happy about my food selection. The Steak Restaurant sang happy birthday to me and everybody eating joined in. The Hotel stayed clean. The people were super nice. Thanks a lot!

To start off with this review I MUST report the horrible experience I had on the very first moments on the property. Upon arrival I found out that there was yet no room available for me until one became available. Even after my reservation being made 4 months in advance. 2 hrs after my Sister and Brother in Law were finally checked into a room while I was provided with a room number and asked to wait while the room was prepared for me. There were many more of these instances throughout our 4 nights five days there. The beach was very nice. Very clean and lots of things going on. And the property was nice as well but my housekeeper only hanged my bath mat and cleaned the sink area and made up my bed when everyday. I have allergies and the dust that has been in the room was evident. Also, there was a steamer for your clothes provided but mine did not work. The water would drip out of it which cause non instant flow of steam enough to work properly. Of course I called the front desk and informed them that I was in need of another steamer as soon as possible. That was on my second day. Upon check out I still had not received one. My last complaint was the women in the souvenir shop were kinda rude to us when questions were asked. Two of the restaurants we ate in had us waiting for over an half an hour and once for 45 minutes. Even for the appetizers and starters. There were also some very good restaurants I must iterate.

Facility was nice and room were spacious. Staff is helpful. The check in was horrendous. We checked in around 1:30 pm and check in time was 3:00 pm but did not get room keys until 4 pm. There was also a used bandage lying at the check in counter. Food was average. Rio Brazilian steak is the only stand out food. However, over there, they were handling meat without wearing gloves as shown in the picture. The biggest disappointment was Resorts agents who are lurking around and luring people into special breakfast trap, which is a regular breakfast. However they try to hustle you in buying their prime travelers membership. We bought it in hassle and canceled it next day. In the process, we end up paying 995$ cancellation fees. In short, would not go back there again.

Everyone was great! It was beautiful. The concierge Adoni decorated my room for my husband birthday!!! Anthony the Butler got his birthday cake, delicious!! In the Diamond Club they treat you like you matter. The food in the Diamond Club Lounge was NOT good though. A kiss to the Pastry Chefs ..Every cake was soooo moist and delicious, just SUPERB.

The grounds were clean!! The pools were clean!! The bar tenders were mostly friendly and attentive. Room service was great!! The restaurants were all good. The main buffets were mediocre but did the trick. Communication was amazing. We had a concierge through Expedia names Andoni who went above and beyond to make this a stressful trip. He made all of our reservations for meals and arranged transportation to go downtown. We had a really hard time getting coffee for our room but the coffee shop was great!!! It felt safe and inviting for all of us!!!

The room was good some little stains and one of our lounge chairs had bird poop all over it but overall clean and comfortable. The resort itself was great. Pools were clean and accommodations were met. Staff was friendly I guess my only complaint was the selection of food some days were not tasty or were made improperly and tasted stale but I guess that’s apart of free ammenities. Overall our stay was enjoyable and the kids had lots of fun!
