I was expecting a lot more at the pool. Very disappointed with the service and no music playing. 11am all day with no music. I paid for adults only we were all in the pool and everyone was saying the same thing. What is going on with the music? Shame on them. I would not come here again I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Unless you are 90 and you don’t want to listen to music and you want to be bored then u can come to this hotel. Very disappointed. The drink were HORRIBLE water down. I asked for extra Tequila I even try different drinks all the same. Not happy at all. Thank God it was only 3 nights 4 days. Thank God I did not pay for anything extra. The Hotel is beautiful but the service at the pool and the music was not there.

The beach area appears unsafe because all resorts share the same shoreline, and there is no proper access control. I observed that people can enter from the back of the beach without being asked for identification, which raises serious security concerns.”

My wife and I went for our honey moon. We had to request the room to be changed because it was hot and had hair in the tub and in the bed. Note that we did not use the bed and tub it was our first day. They gave us another room which is the right thing to do. The service was great soecially in the Coco Cafe and the bar closest to the quiet pool near the smoking area. Yoyo provided great service always with smile and positive attitude that improve greatly our stay at the resort. Shout out to Remi as well. We had a great time at the Coco cafe Neri was awesome and provided great service there was another lady working with Neri that also had great attitude towards the guests but I forgot her name. Overall the service made a significant different and turn thing around for a more positve experience. The food was great and no conplaints there. The rooms are a little outdated but again service made our stay better experience. The shows were awesome and had live musicians. Great experience we loved this resort. Food and drinks are incredible and the workers are very friendly and willing to help. Our butler Ramses was great very helpful and throughout with everything. Special shoutout to Sebastian and Wilson by the Drifter Pool Bar in the preferred section. Made us special drinks 10/10 and very kind and friendly. Definitely this resort is a win and you must go! Love everything about it!

It was very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great food options. The spa was absolutely amazing. Nightly entertainment and the on site club was very nice. My husband was able to win a little at the casino as well. Really enjoyed our entire stay!

Friendly staff, beautiful property, nice rooms. Poor wifi/cellular service in the actual room but it was fine throughout the main areas of the property. Food was so-so but drinks were excellent.
