Noisy, ie we were in 'B' unit and those in 'A' could be noisy, but I guess you expect that in close proximity. Enzo was cheerful moving our very heavy suitcases - thank you. It was our first stay in New Zealand and after a long flight, it was nice to have a spacious king size suite with lake views. The view was amazing! Bathrooms were clean. The unit had everything we needed - hot showers, good water pressure, and kitchenette. There is a parking garage available that is very small and tight but you get used to it. You do hear cars but it didn’t really bother us. Location is convenient, 15-20 minute walk into town. There are stairs to get into the unit and the front desk so just beware if you have lots of luggage.

Location was great, with a magnificent view to the Remarkables. The room was clean and serviced daily - which included replenishing single serve items (tea bags, dishwashing powder etc). It would have been good to have had some salt and pepper grinders as well, to supplement the ability to self-cater. It's a do-able walk to Queenstown with average fitness. It's uphill on return. Undercover parking garage is great. There are 30 steps to get your luggage to upstairs units. Maintenance responses were immediate - which was great. It's expensive, but worthwhile for a special occasion.

Fix your prices and rooms. I paid an extra $400 for a lake view, yet the room had NO lake or water view. Very disappointing. Also, your car park lights down stairs were NEVER on so you couldn’t see anything.

Our stay at Swiss-Belsuites was absolutely unforgettable. We had a stunning view of Lake Wakatipu, and it was so mesmerizing that we honestly didn’t want to leave the room. Watching the lake from our window was an experience on its own—peaceful, magical, and unforgettable. Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. It was a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and great hospitality. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

The place really needs a renovation and has nit been well maintained. The carpets are heavily stained, the coffee table fill of chips and the bathroom is old and has mildew. There was a bad stench coming from the garbage disposal in the sink and the gas fire was broken - with 2 staff members attending and couldn't be fixed the balcony was super dirty and cobwebs on seats. That being said the view is awesome from the balcony. They do charge for parking even though every apartment has a space underneath which feels a little but of a rip off and charging for a late checkout of 11 or 12 was also quite rough. But - being an apartment and the view made it a good stay.

A bit dated complex with a lot of stair steps. Overall quite clean except for dusts gathered in less used spots. However all of these are more than offset by the magnificent view of the lake and the mountains. Hence the 4 stars. Will give 4.5 stars if possible.

Staff were helpful, unit was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Gas fireplace was a nice feature. Garage spaces were confusing given others parked in our space but units were not full so plenty of space to park.
