Bathroom was dirty and very small. Room was small with a Internal girder across the window. Room want driven until after 5 PM. For 270 a night it should be better. And also reception closes at 8 and reopens 8am

Modern building with a small cafe for breakfast. Dinner available just across the road at Holiday Inn. Room was on the small side with no desk but clean and tidy. Self parking with some a walk away.

We are amazed because the room has a complete kitchen set. They also have washing machine and dryer inside. It is very welcoming and peaceful environment. There’s an enough space to move around the room or even to put our stuffs. Our pay is really worth it. Staffs are also friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed three nights whilst skiing. The hotel is very convenient with helpful staff. It is tarting to look a little in need of some maintenance and there are signs that guests have not treated the place too well.

Room is horribly dirty. Every single wall has scuff marks all over and marks that could very easily be wiped off with damp cloth. All skirtings had dust build up. Shower was not clean - apart from the glass. Mildew build up. Bathroom fan was so loud, dusty and loose - was rattling and shaking when on. Decorative pillows have marks on them. Only things that were clean were the sheets and towels (thankfully, atleast)

I had to complete an online registration form a few days before arrival. On this registration form I had to specify the approximate arrival time. Having specified an arrival time that was later than the time that the front desk would be manned, I would have expected a communication from the hotel regarding after hours check-in. The information regarding the after hours check in was not sent to me until a couple of hours before arrival, by which time I was on board a flight, with my phone in flight mode, so did not receive the necessary information until I had arrived at the hotel, had to wait on the street while trying to communicate with an after hours number, for them to relay the information regarding access to a lock box, then gain access to the hotel and room, then remember to switch my phone out of flight mode. I would expect that if you want guests to complete online registration, communication regarding after hours check in, would be sent when that registration is completed.

It's a super convenient place to visit this area of New Zealand. It's clean, the kitchenette is fully equipped, the staff is friendly, it's close to the airport and a large supermarket, and it's easy to get to Queenstown by bus or car. The only two drawbacks for me are: the walls need a little paint; some walls in my room were heavily scratched; cleaning during stays of more than one night should be a little more thorough; and the front desk should better follow up on guest requests. It's a good option in the Queenstown area. I recommend it.

This is a great option for families! The washer/dryer plus a full kitchen is amazing! You are bu the bus stop to town, across the street from the movies and grocery store. They also have the best bakery downstairs! I would come back again!
