Amazing retreat. The hotel was one of the most beautiful and quiet places I have been . The staff was very friendly and attentive. The place has a lot of outdoor activities, great views, and close encounter with wild animals throughout the property. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

The hotel in general was great, well kept, clean, with lots of amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful, went out of their way to help me with my questions. Poor service. Staff is not helpful. The hotel prefers direct booking over Expedia - they gave our room away, put us in a lower-rate room with a promise to refund us the difference, and then didn't process any credits. We did not feel welcome in this hotel.

Because of the humidity the floor in our room on the first floor kept getting wet and slippery. So I would suggest not to book the first floor. The guest service was excellent and they switched us to a different room and even provided a fan as the ceiling fan was not working that well. Everyone that works there was very nice and helpful. The property is being well maintened. Every time we walked outside there were always people taking care of the greenery there or putting pavers in or wiping the glass on the balconies. The beach by it is only 10-15 mins walk and it’s well worth it. The calmest ocean waters I’ve ever been in. The resort is super pretty and we saw tons or animals on the property.
