Everything was great, the Hyatt’s have not failed me yet. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, water pressure and temperature of shower is good. The breakfast is always a winner. I loved the staff personality, each one I encountered had something special to bring to customer service. I will stay again and you should as well if you haven’t already.

We arrived at noon on Thanksgiving day. We could hear the construction echoing through through the lobby. We were told construction hours are 8:30am-5pm every day incl. weekends and holidays and that floors 11 and up were being worked on. We asked to see our assigned room, which was on 2nd floor. It was so loud that we didn't check in. We found another hotel. Staff were unapologetic. Expedia did not disclose the fact that the hotel was under construction till AFTER we booked. No refund. Waste of hundreds of dollars and time.
