The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load towels into washer with pod and start it.
Please close all blinds and leave ceiling fans on in the summer.
Remove all pet waste from the back yard and deposit in a bag in the trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet time is from 9pm to 7am every day
Parties are not allowed. Additional visitors are allowed and may park on the street for 4 hours maximum.
2 dogs MAXIMUM, NO EXCEPTIONS. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Crate is provided.
