It was a wonderful facility —contemporary decor, nice layout and convenient. My biggest concern is the once a week room cleaning policy. I was not made aware of that either in the materials or at check in. The reception and check-in staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. They did the job; but the hospitality was missing. Perhaps additional training on the importance of professionalism and hospitality is needed.

Room was specious, clean and comfortable. Up to date property. Breakfast was decent but you need to wait for coffee for more than 10 mins to be replaced. Breakfast lady did not wanna replace the pancake batter although there was still 20 mins before breakfast ending time. Small things but could be improved. Generally great stay and value for the money.

The room was super clean and up to date! The bed was comfy. The only downside was that the elevator in my building was out of service so I had to walk up 3 flights each time. There seemed to be a good amount of breakfast options but they ran out of food and I was pressed for time so I couldn’t wait for them to replenish.

It took us till 9:30 at night to get frying oans that weree suppose to be provided. The plugs in the kitchen didnt work unless thwy were reset. The pool was aweful Hot not refreshing at all. Was not told about a 250 depotsit by hotels.com. The place was clean other wise and thw beds were comfortable.
